Please join us in welcoming Donnell Menjivar, Senior Director of Culinary Services, to our Palm Garden Family. Donnell has been a Registered Dietitian for over 25 years with most of those years spent in post-acute rehabilitation and living centers in Florida. She has a long history of servant leadership in both small and large organizations as the C-Suite- level Registered Dietician. “I have a passion for food and love to serve our elders meals that are tasty, visually appealing, and healthy. If there is an opportunity for me to pitch in with the team, whether it is working in the culinary department preparing food, or as a Registered Dietitian, I jump in.” Donnell is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and still loves her Bulldogs! Her weekends are full of fun activities with her granddaughters and family.
